This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement sales strategies aimed at promoting the adoption of stablecoin, treasury, and cross-border payment solutions.

• Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers across U.S., Chinese, and global organizations.

• Identify, assess, and secure new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and relationship management.

• Oversee the entire sales process, including discovery, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.

• Educate potential clients on stablecoin applications, treasury management solutions, and digital asset infrastructure.

• Collaborate with internal teams such as Product, Compliance, Operations, and Customer Success to ensure effective client onboarding and sustainable growth.

• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.

• Maintain precise pipeline forecasting and manage CRM effectively.

• Remain updated on market trends, competitive dynamics, and regulatory changes within fintech, payments, treasury, and digital assets.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, or Account Management roles.

• Proven track record in selling:

• ○ Stablecoin solutions

• ○ Treasury management solutions

• ○ Cross-border payment solutions

• ○ Banking, payments, FX, or fintech products

• ○ Digital asset infrastructure or related financial services

• Strong comprehension of financial services, payments, treasury operations, digital assets, or fintech ecosystems.

• Demonstrated success in managing enterprise sales cycles and negotiating commercial agreements.

• Existing relationships or a proven ability to cultivate connections with companies and decision-makers in the United States and/or China.

• Experience collaborating with international clients and navigating multicultural business environments.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.

• Professional English proficiency (C1+ required).

• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese.
