This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nicaragua.
• Oversee, mentor, and enhance the performance of both inbound and outbound sales teams.
• Track and enhance essential KPIs, such as closing ratios, subscription upsell rates, quality assessments, and customer experience metrics.
• Facilitate regular coaching sessions, conduct call reviews, and perform performance assessments.
• Recognize opportunities to optimize sales processes, improve conversion rates, and enhance team productivity.
• Analyze performance metrics and offer practical recommendations.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to foster customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
• Assist in hiring, onboarding, and training activities as required.
• At least 3 years of experience in managing sales teams.
• Demonstrated success in enhancing sales performance and meeting revenue targets.
• Experience in leading inbound and outbound sales operations.
• Excellent coaching, communication, and leadership abilities.
• Capability to analyze KPIs and implement performance enhancements.
• A customer-oriented approach with a dedication to service excellence.
• Previous experience in technology services, IT support, managed services, or a related field is advantageous.
