This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Lead the commercial team within a specific region, ensuring goal achievement, efficient execution, and the development of commercial talent.
• Manage and develop a team of Account Executives.
• Define commercial strategies by territory and industry.
• Design and implement the quarterly and annual commercial plan.
• Ensure the accuracy of forecasts and pipeline management.
• Monitor key KPIs (conversions, sales cycle, coverage).
• Coach the team in consultative sales (discovery, demos, negotiation, closing).
• Coordinate with marketing and operations to maximize results.
• Represent Fracttal at key events and fairs.
• Over 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales (minimum of 3 years leading teams).
• Experience in consultative sales (mid-market / enterprise).
• Proficient in CRM and pipeline management.
• Experience with long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in fast-paced or constantly changing environments.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
• Solid leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
• High results orientation and commercial discipline.
