Sales Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.

📋 Description

• Oversee sales initiatives throughout Sweden, Norway, Finland, and Denmark.

• Formulate and implement country-specific strategies suited to each food-processing market.

• Conduct site visits to evaluate production processes and propose FPS solutions.

• Generate and present precise sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and market intelligence reports.

• Build and sustain robust relationships with food manufacturers and regional partners.

• Offer technical sales support to assist with system selection and project scoping.

• Collaborate with FPS engineering, applications, and project teams.

• Monitor competitor activities and pinpoint new opportunities within Scandinavian markets.

• Participate in relevant trade shows and regional industry events.

• Share insights with internal FPS teams to inform product and service enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of capital equipment sales experience in the food manufacturing or industrial processing sectors.

• Strong technical expertise in freezing systems or related food processing technologies (IQF, spiral, tunnel, cooling systems).

• Proven sales success across various markets in Scandinavia or Northern Europe.

• Proficiency in English (required).

• Knowledge of any Scandinavian language (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish) is advantageous but not essential.

• Experience in delivering technical solutions, conducting site assessments, and supporting engineering-driven sales.

• Educational background in engineering, business, food science, or related disciplines.

• Established connections within Scandinavian food processing sectors.

• Capability to operate independently in a remote setting, managing a wide territory with high self-motivation.

• Willingness to travel frequently within the region (50–70%).
