This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Assist the CEO and Sales Lead in the acquisition, management, and development of customers related to broadband expansion, energy, and infrastructure.
• Establish, nurture, and grow a robust network with network operators, municipalities, project firms, partner organizations, and clients.
• Discover new business prospects in planning, permitting, documentation, data management, and consulting domains.
• Independently create proposals, presentations, and cost estimates in close collaboration with technical departments.
• Provide strategic account management for current customers, supporting contract negotiations and tender processes.
• Aid in the formulation of framework agreements, pricing models, and partnerships.
• Contribute to the enhancement of the sales strategy and market positioning.
• Utilize and maintain CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) to document and track leads.
• Participate in trade shows, professional events, and industry gatherings to continually expand the DBE network.
• Completed commercial or technical vocational training (e.g., industrial clerk, technical draftsman, geomatics technician) or a degree in business, engineering, geoinformation, infrastructure management, or related fields.
• Initial to several years of professional experience in sales or project-based business, preferably within the FTTH/infrastructure/engineering/telecommunications sectors.
• Strong networking and communication abilities, and a passion for customer interaction.
• Organized and autonomous working style with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Willingness and flexibility to travel across Germany.
• Confident presence with excellent presentation skills and negotiation capabilities.
• Technical knowledge of network planning or documentation is advantageous.
• Proficient in MS Office; ideally experienced with HubSpot, Monday.com, or Power BI.
• Business-fluent in German; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Permanent full-time position (or part-time by arrangement).
• 30 + 1 vacation days annually.
