This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Cultivate the tissue diagnostics sector by generating a sales funnel and enhancing market share.
• Propel geographical growth within the designated territory.
• Utilize value-based selling techniques to offer solutions that address customer requirements.
• Organize and document activities through Salesforce.
• Develop Sales and Key Account strategies in partnership with service, marketing, commercial, and distribution collaborators.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences or Pharmacy.
• A minimum of 6-8 years of sales experience in the medical diagnostics or life sciences sector.
• Familiarity with a mix of IVD instrumentation and consumables business.
• Experience with the government tender process is a plus.
• Previous experience with CRMs such as SFDC.
• A strong team player with exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
• A commercially-focused professional with a proven track record in the IVD, medical device, life sciences, or diagnostics fields.
• Willingness to travel – 50% travel per month within the territory or various locations.
