This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Workflow Enhancement: Spearhead process improvements by pinpointing and executing AI-driven automation for repetitive duties such as lead scoring, personalized message creation, and follow-ups, thereby boosting team productivity and efficiency.
• AI Strategy and Vision: Formulate and execute AI and automation strategies within sales workflows that align with overarching business objectives. Identify critical opportunities where AI solutions can enhance sales performance, streamline operations, and facilitate long-term business growth.
• AI Workflow Management and Oversight: Manage the integration and security of the AI technology stack, ensuring tools meet key performance indicators (KPIs), drive pipeline revenue, and are ethically deployed. Ensure that the sales team receives training on how AI sales workflows are operated, triggered, and halted, making certain they know when manual intervention is necessary.
• Strategic Development: Create and implement innovative strategies that adapt to the evolving needs of diverse industries. Modify and refine strategies in response to market trends, regulatory changes, and shifting customer demands, particularly in the B2B space.
• Data-Driven Leadership: Integrate ongoing analysis of performance metrics and customer feedback, grounded in AI-driven data, to deliver actionable insights that steer strategic planning and resource allocation.
• Client Acquisition: Identify, target, and secure potential clients across various sectors, emphasizing B2B relationships. Cultivate strong connections with key decision-makers, including C-level executives, business owners, and operations managers.
• Sales Presentations and Pipeline Oversight: Prepare and present compelling sales pitches and proposals tailored to the specific requirements of each prospect. Clearly convey the value of our services and solutions in addressing operational challenges and enhancing business outcomes for B2B clients. Manage the sales pipeline through CRM tools. Monitor sales activities, forecast revenue, and report on sales performance. Adjust pipeline management strategies as needed to meet the demands of the B2B market.
• A minimum of five (5) years of experience in B2B sales, including at least two (2) years in a sales management position.
• Demonstrated experience in a startup environment is essential.
• Strong comprehension of B2B operations, market trends, and the unique challenges businesses face across various industries.
• Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities, with experience guiding teams through market fluctuations and strategic shifts in a startup context.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, particularly in a dynamic and evolving B2B landscape.
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to establish and maintain relationships with B2B clients and internal teams.
• Proficient in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) with the ability to manage and adapt the sales pipeline effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, focused on adapting to new market demands.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience leading teams through transitions, especially in moving to new industries or adopting new sales strategies.
