This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Build and nurture enduring, trust-based commercial relationships with manufacturers, distributors, and end customers.
• Identify and assess customer needs through proactive prospecting.
• Negotiate pricing and delivery timelines effectively.
• Set sales objectives in accordance with the Service Manager and the overall group strategy.
• Drive revenue and margin growth within the designated territory.
• Acquire new customers to enhance market presence.
• Provide field insights to the Industrial Sales Director.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Technical Sales or a Business-related field.
• Fundamental understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Proficient in English; knowledge of German is advantageous.
• Prior sales experience in the relevant industry.
• Familiarity with working in a multicultural setting (primarily involving France, Germany, and Hungary).
• Flexible working arrangement: Hybrid.
