This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.

📋 Description

• Implement and execute localized sales strategies for Arxada’s MCS product portfolio to optimize profitable growth.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities while enhancing existing customer relationships.

• Prepare and present comprehensive business plans to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives.

• Establish and nurture strong relationships with customers across Purchasing, R&D, Regulatory, and Quality functions, including engagement with senior management.

• Exhibit sales excellence through precise forecasting, managing the opportunity pipeline, and conducting market and competitor analysis.

• Collaborate internally with Technical Support, Regulatory, R&D, and Marketing teams to align customer needs and market intelligence.

• Represent Arxada at trade shows, conferences, and industry events throughout South East Asia.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Science, Chemistry, or Engineering.

• A minimum of 10+ years of extensive sales experience in the chemical manufacturing sector, preferably in microbial control or technical sales.

• Strong commercial background in the Home Care, Personal Care, or Professional Hygiene markets.

• Proven capability to establish and maintain relationships at all organizational levels, both internally and externally.

• Business-fluent English is required; fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.

• Willingness and flexibility to travel across South East Asia as necessary.
