This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will lead strategic initiatives for acquiring new customers, especially in the public sector.
• Oversee and successfully navigate complex tendering and procurement processes.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with new customers.
• Generate innovative strategies for customer acquisition.
• Offer expertise on our product range (SaaS/telematics) and create customized solution concepts.
• Conduct independent consultations with customers and analyze their needs.
• Ensure thorough documentation within the CRM system.
• Take complete ownership of the proposal process, including pricing and negotiations.
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and project/product management.
• Sales is more than a job for you; it’s a passion, as evidenced by your track record of success.
• Ideally, you have substantial experience selling to the public sector, are well-versed in specific tendering and procurement processes, and can showcase a history of winning tenders.
• Successfully completed commercial training or possess a comparable degree in IT management, business administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar, results-driven sales position.
• Strong customer focus combined with excellent communication skills.
• A structured, self-directed, and goal-oriented working style.
• An affinity for IT topics and relevant experience in software.
• Willingness to travel for sales activities within the DACH region, along with very good German (minimum C1) and English skills (minimum B2).
