This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with Industrial OEM clients
• Foster long-term relationships with OEM partners
• Execute and oversee projects related to OEM initiatives
• Conduct product trials and introduce new offerings
• Arrange training sessions and audits at Tier-1 suppliers
• Support troubleshooting efforts in collaboration with the technical team
• A graduate degree in Chemical Engineering, Paint Technology, or a postgraduate degree in Chemistry
• 5-7 years of experience in the coatings industry
• Understanding of the paint sector, particularly with Agricultural and construction equipment OEMs
• Ability to persuade clients and build strong relationships
• Competence in managing several projects and tasks concurrently
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Experience with SalesForce.com and information databases is an advantage
