• Formulate a growth strategy that prioritizes both financial success and customer satisfaction to achieve sustainable business development.
• Investigate and pinpoint new business prospects.
• Stay informed about market trends and identify potential avenues for business growth.
• Generate leads, conduct cold calls to potential clients, and convert prospects into long-term customers.
• Comprehend and evaluate customer needs to craft customized solutions that address those requirements.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with both new and existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Execute Store Checks and oversee the implementation of sales initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to company standards at retail locations.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to synchronize sales efforts with promotional activities.
• Track industry trends and modify sales strategies as necessary to maintain competitiveness.
• Plan and implement targeted sales campaigns to optimize revenue and market presence.
• Create comprehensive sales forecasts, perform market analyses, and present insights to senior management.
• 2-5 years of demonstrated experience in sales management or business development within the FMCG sector.
• A robust understanding of the German consumer market, including key players.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Capability to analyze market data, recognize trends, and make informed, data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in both German and English languages.
