This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Take ownership of and surpass sales objectives within key customer segments.
• Create and oversee a robust pipeline (both inbound and outbound).
• Personally finalize significant and strategic deals.
• Develop and nurture strategic partnerships and channel relationships.
• Discover new revenue streams and opportunities for expansion.
• Design and implement partnership-driven agreements.
• Construct and enhance the sales process (including CRM, pipeline management, and forecasting).
• Define KPIs, establish reporting schedules, and track performance.
• Enhance conversion rates throughout the sales funnel.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment on go-to-market strategies.
• Gather customer insights to guide product development and positioning.
• Guarantee smooth transitions from the sales process to onboarding.
• Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and mentoring future sales team members.
• Set benchmarks for performance, discipline, and accountability.
• Play a vital role in developing a scalable sales culture.
• 5 to 10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships.
• Proven history of surpassing quotas and closing complex deals.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (such as Salesforce or HubSpot).
• Experience in early-stage or high-growth settings.
