This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland, +2 more states.
β’ Guides the sales community for the U.S. Army, Air Force, Space Force, and Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) towards success.
β’ Articulates the team's direction in alignment with the company's vision and strategy.
β’ Motivates the team to achieve and surpass targets.
β’ Oversees the HPE sales strategy to drive growth and enhance profitability.
β’ Builds a high-performing team by recruiting, developing, and retaining top talent.
β’ Structures the team and adjusts resource allocation to optimize performance and financial results.
β’ Generally requires 10+ years of experience in sales.
β’ 5+ years of experience with the U.S. Army, Air Force, Space Force, and Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA).
β’ Preferred 5+ years of experience in managing high-performing sales teams.
β’ Familiarity with Federal/DoD funding and procurement/acquisition processes.
β’ A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
