This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Propel revenue growth and expand market presence across the comprehensive Leica Biosystems portfolio within the Clinical Diagnostics and Life Sciences sectors.
• Create and oversee a solid sales pipeline, ensuring high visibility and effective conversion rates.
• Formulate and implement territory and key account strategies that align with business goals.
• Lead high-level customer interactions, including contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and multi-site collaborations.
• Drive competitive shifts and enhance portfolio adoption within the existing customer base.
• Accelerate opportunities for upselling and cross-selling across Histology, Advanced Staining, and Digital Pathology solutions.
• Forge and sustain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and institutional stakeholders.
• Collaborate effectively with Marketing, Service, Applications, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to deliver exceptional customer value.
• Manage and nurture channel partners and distributors to optimize regional coverage and performance.
• Evaluate market trends, customer insights, and competitive activities to refine go-to-market strategies.
• Ensure precise forecasting and maintain CRM integrity (SFDC), including win/loss analysis and opportunity tracking.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences or Healthcare.
• At least 8+ years of commercial experience in Medical Devices, Diagnostics, Healthcare, or Life Sciences.
• Background in both IVD instrumentation and consumables business.
• Familiarity with the government tender process is a plus.
• Experience with CRMs such as SFDC.
• Excellent team player with strong communication and negotiation skills.
• A commercially oriented professional with a proven record of success in the IVD/medical device/life sciences/diagnostic fields.
• Willingness to travel – approximately 75% travel within the territory or locations.
