This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Spend considerable time in the field to pinpoint gaps in sales skills and performance.
• Provide sales training during onboarding as well as throughout the ongoing development of team members within Alan’s sales organization.
• Develop impactful training programs that address essential topics: sales techniques, insurance knowledge, legal/regulatory environment, and product expertise.
• Generate training materials by collaborating with internal subject-matter experts and company leadership.
• Experiment with engaging formats to enhance learning adoption and boost sales effectiveness.
• Facilitate effective change management as the organization expands (new countries, new products, etc.).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a comparable role or previous experience as a salesperson.
• Proficiency in both French and English is mandatory.
• Strong skills in project management and stakeholder engagement.
• Solid business insight and a deep understanding of Sales.
• KPI-focused mindset and sound business judgment.
• Demonstrated expertise in Learning & Development (instructional design, facilitation, curriculum development).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• True passion for fostering the success of others, characterized by empathy, active listening, and a collaborative approach.
• Ongoing growth mindset and curiosity regarding learning methods and L&D tools.
