This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Create, execute, and oversee sales strategies that align with the company's commercial goals.
• Inspire, guide, and enhance the sales team, which includes recruitment, training, and personnel management.
• Set and monitor KPIs, objectives, and sales projections, encouraging data-driven insights and corrective measures.
• Ensure outstanding execution of the sales process and an exceptional customer experience.
• Promote collaboration with other departments to optimize conversion rates.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, endorsing practices that boost efficiency, productivity, and quality of results.
• Bachelor's degree completed or currently in progress.
• Knowledge of sales metrics, data analysis, and proficiency in using CRM tools.
• Capacity to adapt to changing priorities.
• Expertise in leading teams with an emphasis on sustainable performance and a high-performance culture.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Experience in managing a telesales or inside sales team is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Jira and Looker is a plus.
• Willingness to work on Saturdays and public holidays.
