This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Proactively seek out, propose, and onboard institutional and VIP clients such as prop trading firms, hedge funds, asset managers, family offices, and FCM-registered entities eager for regulated crypto derivatives exposure.
• Develop and expand a client portfolio for Crypto.com's prediction markets and event contract offerings, focusing on firms already engaged with event-driven or binary derivatives strategies.
• Promote usage among clients involved in CME Bitcoin/Ether futures and options, bridging the gap between traditional finance regulated derivatives and on-exchange crypto products.
• Discover and convert institutional opportunities in tokenized real-world assets, collaborating with product teams to customize solutions for asset managers and alternative investment funds.
• Establish and maintain relationships with FCM counterparties, prime brokers, and clearing firms to broaden our regulated derivatives presence in the US.
• Gain a thorough understanding of client needs and position the comprehensive Crypto.com offerings — OTC, API trading, custody, regulated derivatives — as an integrated solution.
• Maintain close engagement with your client portfolio and relay market intelligence back to the product team to influence future developments.
• Represent Crypto.com at significant industry events such as FIA Expo, CME forums, and digital asset conferences.
• Manage the entire sales process from initial outreach to final signed agreement.
• Monitor CME developments, FCM partnerships, RWA entrants, and CFTC/NFA regulatory changes to keep our value proposition competitive.
• Over 8 years of experience in institutional sales or business development within a fast-paced financial environment.
• Practical knowledge of prediction market frameworks (event contracts, binary derivatives) and/or tokenized RWA products; existing connections in these areas are advantageous.
• Direct experience with CME-listed products, FCM operations, cleared derivatives, or CFTC-regulated markets — from a sell-side, exchange, or institutional buy-side viewpoint.
• At least 3 years in the digital assets/Web3 space, specifically in outbound sales for an exchange, custodian, prime broker, or regulated crypto derivatives platform.
• An active client portfolio comprising prop trading firms, hedge funds, asset managers, FCMs, and clearing brokers in US regulated markets.
• Demonstrated success in developing and monetizing institutional relationships with quantifiable revenue and volume achievements.
• Proficient in navigating the US regulatory landscape (CFTC, NFA, SEC digital asset frameworks).
• Strong communication skills — capable of simplifying complex derivatives and digital asset concepts for C-suite audiences.
