Head of Digital Assets

📋 Description

• Develop and spearhead the strategy for incorporating institutional financial assets into the Plume ecosystem, establishing connections between traditional capital markets and cryptocurrencies.

• Build and nurture relationships with key institutional stakeholders, including hedge funds, asset managers, banks, and family offices to drive adoption.

• Discover and capitalize on new market opportunities by utilizing real-world assets to create innovative speculation, yield, and liquidity products.

• Represent Plume at industry events and forums, establishing the company as a prominent entity in the intersection of traditional finance and decentralized systems.

• Supervise the creation of capital markets infrastructure within Plume, emphasizing asset tokenization, compliance, regulatory frameworks, and liquidity enhancement.

• Partner with the product team to develop RWA products and services, including derivatives, lending platforms, structured finance solutions, and yield-generation strategies tailored for institutional investors.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in capital markets, institutional finance, or asset management.

• Profound understanding of financial products such as derivatives, lending, structured finance, and various institutional asset classes.

• Proven experience in collaborating with institutional investors and managing significant financial relationships.

• Demonstrated success in formulating and implementing capital markets strategies that connect traditional finance with emerging technologies.

• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks in both traditional and cryptocurrency markets.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.

• Enthusiasm for innovation within financial markets and a deep commitment to leading the transformation of RWAs through cryptocurrency.
