This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Take ownership of the complete sales process from prospecting to closing while cultivating a growing, self-generated pipeline.
• Develop and enhance the outbound strategy by experimenting with messaging, cadences, triggers, and documenting successful practices.
• Investigate and establish new demand channels through collaborations, community engagement, events, and inbound prospects.
• Monitor outcomes, analyze conversion rates, and communicate insights with leadership to improve strategies and outreach efforts.
• 3–5+ years of experience in B2B sales or growth roles.
• Background in selling services such as BPO, staffing, outsourcing, consulting, or managed services is advantageous.
• Demonstrated success in building a pipeline from the ground up.
• Experience in a startup or early-stage environment is highly preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
