
Sales Lead – Guadalajara Territory

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Lead customer acquisition efforts and drive growth in Guadalajara.
• Create and implement a strategic sales plan aimed at maximizing impact and scalability.
• Oversee the complete sales cycle, from identifying potential clients to finalizing significant deals.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and replicate successful playbooks.
• Take full responsibility for the success of your designated territory.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in outbound sales and prospecting within B2B settings.
• Demonstrated expertise in the Financial, Banking, or Insurance sectors.
• Experience in managing sales pipelines and forecasts using CRM systems, preferably Hubspot.
• Strong skills in cold calling, emailing, social selling, and networking.
• Proficient in both Spanish and English.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year institution.
• Comprehensive understanding of pipeline management and BANT qualification methodology.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a consultative approach to sales.
• Familiar with tools such as Apollo, Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar applications.
• Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented.
