This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Take charge of and expand Utila's enterprise sales operations throughout Europe and the Middle East, focusing on generating new business and consistently securing high-value contracts.
• Hire, lead, and mentor a team of top-performing sales representatives, establishing individual and team targets while ensuring accountability.
• Develop and implement a regional go-to-market strategy in collaboration with Business Development, Partnerships, Marketing, and Leadership.
• Collaborate closely with the Product team to relay market and customer insights, influencing the product roadmap and enhancing positioning for institutional clients.
• Cultivate strong relationships with executives at customer and partner organizations, positioning Utila as a reliable long-term strategic infrastructure partner.
• Manage pipeline forecasting and revenue objectives across the team, upholding high standards for deal qualification, CRM accuracy, and reporting.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in enterprise B2B SaaS sales, demonstrating a robust history of closing complex, high-ACV deals in Europe and the Middle East.
• 4 to 5 years of experience in managing and developing sales teams, showcasing a proven ability to build high-performing representatives and achieve team targets.
• In-depth knowledge of digital assets and stablecoins, as well as how traditional enterprises and institutions are integrating these technologies.
• Experience in selling technical or infrastructure products, preferably within fintech, crypto, security, payments, or regulated sectors.
• Established capability to navigate lengthy sales cycles and adeptly manage multiple stakeholders across business, legal, compliance, and engineering teams.
• High emotional intelligence, with strong abilities in coaching, motivating, and nurturing talent.
• Exceptional consultative selling skills, with the capacity to convert complex technological concepts into clear business benefits.
