Sales & Integrations Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Morocco.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and sustain integrations utilizing automation platforms such as n8n, Pipedream, or comparable tools.

• Collaborate with industry teams to comprehend customer requirements and create customized automation solutions.

• Enhance and scale integrations for optimal performance, efficiency, and reliability.

• Diagnose and resolve integration challenges to guarantee smooth system operation.

• Stay updated with emerging automation technologies and swiftly adapt if transitioning from n8n to an alternative tool.

• Work closely with stakeholders to pinpoint new integration possibilities and best practices.

• Serve as the primary French-speaking point of contact for our Integrations customers across Europe.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in API integrations and automation workflows.

• Proficiency in JavaScript or Python for creating custom integrations.

• Familiarity with automation tools such as n8n, Pipedream, Zapier, or similar.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to work independently.

• JavaScript Expertise: Strong skills in async/await, API handling, JSON transformations, array methods (map/filter/find), error handling, and data mapping.

• Documentation Skills: Capability to create and maintain both technical and non-technical documentation, including workflow diagrams, API mappings, onboarding guides, troubleshooting documentation, and customer-facing implementation guides.

• Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Fluent in both English and French (written and spoken).

• Based in Morocco.
