This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.
• Proactive acquisition of real estate professionals (agents, agencies, developers)
• Establishing and developing a personal client portfolio
• Conducting product presentations (remote)
• Daily communication with clients (calls, emails, WhatsApp – in Italian)
• Maintaining and expanding customer relationships
• Identifying new business opportunities
• Documenting all activities in the CRM (e.g., HubSpot)
• Close collaboration with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product)
• Achieving defined sales targets
• Proficient in Italian at a top level (mandatory, daily client contact)
• German language skills required (collaboration with the D-Switzerland team)
• Experience in sales, ideally in real estate / PropTech / digital advertising
• High self-motivation and strong closing capabilities
• Structured, independent working style
• Proficient in using digital tools (CRM experience is advantageous)
• Flexible working hours between 08:00 – 17:00 (CET)
• Fixed salary + performance-based bonus
