Sales Force Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• We are looking for a Salesforce Specialist with substantial experience to support our development strategies on the platform and provide essential support to our extensive network of dealerships across Mexico.

• You will be a key player in optimizing our business operations and implementing innovative solutions that drive Volkswagen's success.

• Manage and customize Salesforce applications.

• Assist in creating workflows on the Salesforce platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven development on the Salesforce platform: Hands-on and demonstrable experience in creating and customizing applications and workflows in Salesforce.

• Programming Languages: Proficiency in JavaScript and Java for development within the Salesforce ecosystem.

• Management of different Salesforce clouds: Knowledge and experience in administering and configuring various clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.).

• Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, teamwork, problem-solving, proactivity, and customer orientation.

• Intermediate English: Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing.

• Education: A university degree in Computer Science, Computer Systems, Information Technology, or related fields.
