This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iraq.
• Meet established contact, coverage, and frequency targets (both Quantity & Quality) through face-to-face interactions and detailing with assigned Doctors and Pharmacists, while executing customer-centric activities within the operating budget.
• Achieve or surpass sales objectives (Sales Growth/Market Share Growth) within the defined budgets and timelines.
• Promote brands to pharmacists by delivering product information and medical updates.
• Merchandise Acino brands by ensuring pharmacy shelves are stocked and by setting up displays and promotional signage.
• Drive sales of Acino brands by effectively closing deals and following up on the implementation of loyalty programs.
• Collaborate with pharmacists to realize mutual benefits and meet their needs.
• Sponsor significant local meetings led by Key Opinion Leaders in the market and organize healthcare professionals for key local and international meetings hosted by Acino.
• Conduct regular visits to KOLs to communicate the marketing strategy and core product messages.
• Organize and carry out regular Audio-Visual meetings, business dinners, and promotional mini-meetings on a monthly basis, and assist with logistics for major conferences and marketing activities.
• Establish and maintain positive, professional relationships with key customers, including those with considerable influence in purchasing decisions at major hospitals and institutions for the assigned products.
• Keep abreast of new developments and changes in the marketplace, anticipating both positive and negative impacts to adjust business strategies accordingly.
• Analyze the competitive landscape in the assigned area and provide feedback to direct management (e.g., Key account feedback).
• Build and nurture positive, professional relationships with drug stores to meet sales targets.
• Establish a strong and trustworthy image of Acino in the market.
• Forward all received Product Quality Complaints, Adverse Events, and Medical Information Requests to the appropriate personnel in Quality Assurance/Pharmacovigilance/Medical Affairs.
• Ensure effective execution of AVA Local/International conferences and meetings with Health Care professionals according to the campaign brief and policies outlined in the AVA plan.
• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy and membership in the Syndicate of Pharmacists.
• 2-4 years of experience in the Pharma Market across various roles.
• Exceptional sales acumen and business insight.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence others.
• Strong customer focus.
• Proficient command of English (both spoken and written).
