This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Identifying and cultivating new clients (B2B and/or B2C)
• Leading negotiations and finalizing sales
• Overseeing the sales pipeline and monitoring opportunities
• Establishing and nurturing client relationships
• Utilizing CRM systems to organize and monitor sales activities
• Evaluating performance metrics (KPIs) with an emphasis on targets and outcomes
• Completed Bachelor's degree
• Background in sales or commercial positions
• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities
• Proactive, well-organized, and focused on achieving results
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with CRM platforms is advantageous
• Experience in consultative selling practices
• Knowledge of various sales methodologies (SPIN, inbound/outbound)
• Experience engaging with diverse market segments
