This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete sales lifecycle, encompassing prospecting, lead generation, new business development, and closing deals.

• Utilize a consultative selling methodology to ascertain customer needs and provide clinically relevant solutions.

• Promote utilization and adoption among community oncology practices, academic institutions, and integrated health systems.

• Foster and sustain robust relationships with key accounts and healthcare stakeholders.

• Establish strategic alliances with key opinion leaders and influencers within the designated territory.

• Participate in local and regional conferences, networking events, and industry meetings.

• Formulate and implement territory business plans aimed at surpassing sales objectives.

• Identify and leverage growth opportunities across outpatient practices, institutions, physician groups, and healthcare systems.

• Evaluate market dynamics and competitive activities to guide territory strategy.

• Present compelling information on Myriad’s hereditary and precision oncology solutions to oncologists, surgeons, pathologists, and healthcare teams.

• Effectively communicate scientific and clinical data to promote customer adoption.

• Collaborate closely with Medical Affairs, Marketing, Operations, Market Access, and other internal teams.

• Assist in the development and enhancement of commercial messaging and sales tools.

• Comply with all company policies, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Maintain professionalism and integrity while managing sensitive information related to physicians and patients.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field is preferred.

• A minimum of 3 years of successful healthcare sales experience is preferred, ideally in oncology, molecular diagnostics, genomics, or similar clinical settings.

• Experience in selling to oncology call points is strongly preferred.

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in competitive markets.

• Experience navigating complex health systems and multi-stakeholder decision-making environments is preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to grow business within integrated delivery networks and major accounts is preferred.

• Strong clinical acumen with the ability to convey scientific concepts effectively.

• Exceptional presentation and communication skills are essential.

• Expertise in strategic account management and territory planning.

• Highly organized with excellent prioritization and time management skills.

• Self-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset and the capability to work independently.

• Comfortable engaging with customers both remotely and in person.

• Experience with Salesforce CRM or similar platforms is preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.

• Residency within the assigned territory is mandatory.

• Willingness to travel extensively within the territory (50–75%) is necessary.

• A valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record are required.
