This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Identify key areas and challenges within Hand Talk's Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
• Engage in proactive prospecting (Outbound): developing lists and executing multichannel outreach (Phone, Email, WhatsApp, and Social Selling) to initiate and schedule meetings and product demonstrations.
• Demonstrate the ability to negotiate commercial and contractual terms to establish mutually beneficial agreements.
• Oversee the complete management of intricate sales processes, capable of engaging multiple stakeholders and addressing objections.
• Maintain meticulous records and data within the CRM system, ensuring forecast accuracy and transparency in communications.
• Participate in training sessions to continually enhance professional skills.
• Must be available to work in São Paulo, SP (residency in the city or metropolitan area is required).
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales.
• Proven experience in consultative B2B sales (preferably in SaaS).
• Demonstrated success in sales and pre-sales roles.
• A history of consistently surpassing sales and pre-sales objectives.
• Interest in technology and artificial intelligence, with familiarity in these areas.
• Knowledge of CRM systems and sales management software, particularly Pipedrive.
• Proficiency with tools such as MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Skills in developing presentations, proposals, and reports.
• A degree in a relevant field.
