
Sales Executive – Industrial Adhesives and Tapes

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Denmark.
• Promote, introduce, and sell the assigned range of IATD products to end users, featuring product demonstrations to showcase key attributes and advantages, with the goal of meeting sales targets in line with the IATD operational plan.
• Develop and sustain a comprehensive understanding of the product lineup, competitor offerings, and key accounts within the designated territory.
• Inform about any significant market or customer developments that may influence future business opportunities.
• Identify, comprehend, and oversee designated key accounts, including managing relationships with essential contacts and generating new business possibilities.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with distributors, key accounts, end users, contractors, and engineering consultants, supporting a total sales value of approximately $6.5 million.
• Ensure accurate and current information is maintained in the CRM system, encompassing sales visits, opportunities, and account activities.
• Provide training to both internal and external sales teams of distributors.
• Continuously enhance market knowledge, product expertise, application understanding, selling skills, and administrative capabilities.
• Demonstrated experience in sales of adhesives or tapes, or a background in industrial sales with a proven record of acquiring and retaining business.
• Experience in managing a sales territory with various product lines.
• Highly driven, dynamic, and focused on achieving impressive results.
• Self-motivated with an enthusiastic and proactive demeanor.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively at all levels.
• A collaborative team player with a strong dedication to customer service.
• Proficient in utilizing CRM systems to oversee a sales territory.
• Ability to foster strong relationships and function effectively within a complex organization.
• Confident in constructively challenging others when necessary.
• IT literate, with solid expertise in the Microsoft Office suite.
• Fluent in both English and Danish.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Additional knowledge, preferred qualifications, or nice-to-have skills that could further enhance your success in this role include: a degree-level education or its equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.
• Flexible location across Jutland, Denmark.
• May involve up to 60% travel.
