This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Develop and oversee a pipeline of new hospitality prospects by performing needs assessments and providing engaging product presentations to hotel management and key decision-makers.
• Oversee the entire sales process, including generating leads, negotiating deals, closing contracts, and coordinating onboarding activities.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and high client satisfaction.
• Participate in industry events and stay informed about competitive products and market trends.
• Achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly sales objectives.
• Demonstrated sales experience, ideally within the hospitality or hotel solutions industry.
• Serve as trusted consultants to hospitality operators assessing modern technology.
• Strong familiarity with hotel operating systems and payment technology is advantageous.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
• Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent networking skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Proficiency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
