This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Spearhead new enterprise business development initiatives for CommerceHub throughout the EMEA region.
• Identify, qualify, and progress strategic opportunities with major merchants and digital commerce clients.
• Engage with C-level executives and senior decision-makers, including CFOs, CIOs, CTOs, Heads of Payments, and Digital Commerce leaders.
• Navigate complex sales processes from initial discovery through solution alignment, commercial negotiations, and contract finalization.
• Develop, sustain, and project a robust pipeline of high-value enterprise opportunities.
• Collaborate with Solution Engineering, Product, Legal, and Customer Success teams to deliver impactful client solutions.
• Showcase CommerceHub's capabilities in payment orchestration, acquiring, fraud prevention, tokenization, and payment optimization.
• Represent Fiserv with professionalism, market knowledge, and a strong client-centric approach.
• Demonstrated success in enterprise B2B sales within complex fintech, payments, acquiring, or payment orchestration settings.
• Extensive knowledge in card-not-present payments, payment gateways, omnichannel commerce, and enterprise payment processes.
• Proven ability to manage lengthy sales cycles and secure high-value strategic agreements with enterprise clients.
• Experience in cultivating relationships with executive stakeholders across large merchant organizations in the EMEA region.
• Strong skills in consultative selling, commercial negotiation, pipeline management, and sales forecasting.
• Familiarity with PSD2, SCA, 3DS, fraud prevention, network tokens, and optimizing payment routing.
• Background in selling to large digital enterprises, major merchants, or multinational commerce organizations.
• Understanding of competitive and partner ecosystems involving leading payment providers and card networks.
• Experience collaborating across different functions in matrixed organizations to influence and secure complex client engagements.
• Proficiency in one or more European languages in addition to English.
