This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Surpass quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Respond to inquiries from customers and partners with precise information and customized solutions.
• Formulate business strategies that align with the designated territory.
• Engage with customers and business partners in a strategic manner to ensure exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on initiatives for partners and end-users.
• Follow up on provided leads and keep internal system records up to date.
• Guide technical teams in showcasing SailPoint’s advantages.
• Maintain communication with customers and coordinate with the post-sales team for ongoing account management and new sales prospects.
• Manage the complete sales process, including qualification, presentations, demonstrations, RFP responses, negotiations, and closing deals.
• Acquire in-depth knowledge of the territory, including customers, prospects, partners, influencers, and competitors.
• Articulate competitive product and technology strategies within the SailPoint market.
• Facilitate discussions among business and technical stakeholders of customers.
• Utilize channel management and reporting tools, ensuring accurate forecasting and Salesforce maintenance.
• Develop customer, account, partner, territory, opportunity, pipeline, marketing, and channel plans within the first six months.
• Lead a virtual team in executing an operational cadence and build a pipeline worth 2–3 times the target.
• Enhance go-to-market messaging in relation to Microsoft and Okta, focusing on partner advantages and pricing challenges.
• Excellent communication skills during initial engagements and discovery calls.
• Capability to assess prospect needs and qualify opportunities effectively.
• Proficient in understanding and presenting SailPoint solutions.
• Ability to strategically position SailPoint against Microsoft, Okta, and Saviynt.
• Commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Experience in leading virtual teams comprising partner resources, presales, partner managers, deal desk, professional services, BVA, and customer success.
• Collaborative selling approach.
• Initiative to prepare teams, assign responsibilities, and ensure follow-through.
• Skill in creating territory and opportunity plans.
• Ability to work with leadership to refine sales tactics.
• Preferred but not mandatory: Bachelor's degree or global equivalent in an IT, business, or sales-related field.
• Willingness to travel for business approximately 50% of the year.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Clari hygiene, forecasting, and updates.
• Ability to earn SailPoint enablement badges, including the “1st Mate” and Captains badges.
• Performance-based cash compensation through the SailPoint Corporate Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission structure.
