This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the entire sales process from prospecting and lead generation to new business development and closing deals.
• Utilize a consultative selling methodology to ascertain customer needs and provide clinically relevant solutions.
• Promote usage and adoption within community oncology practices, academic institutions, and integrated health systems.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with key accounts and healthcare stakeholders.
• Forge strategic alliances with key opinion leaders and influencers in the designated territory.
• Participate in local and regional conferences, networking functions, and industry events.
• Create and implement territory business plans aimed at surpassing sales targets.
• Identify and leverage growth opportunities in outpatient practices, institutions, physician groups, and healthcare systems.
• Assess market dynamics and competitive activities to guide territory strategy.
• Deliver persuasive presentations on Myriad’s hereditary and precision oncology solutions to oncologists, surgeons, pathologists, and healthcare teams.
• Effectively communicate scientific and clinical data to facilitate customer adoption.
• Collaborate closely with Medical Affairs, Marketing, Operations, Market Access, and other internal teams.
• Assist in the development and enhancement of commercial messaging and sales tools.
• Comply with all company policies, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain professionalism and integrity when dealing with sensitive physician and patient-related information.
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 3 years of successful experience in healthcare sales is preferred, ideally in oncology, molecular diagnostics, genomics, or similar clinical settings.
• Strong preference for experience selling into oncology call points.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in competitive markets.
• Preferred experience in navigating complex health systems and multi-stakeholder decision-making environments.
• Demonstrated ability to expand business within integrated delivery networks and large accounts is preferred.
• Strong clinical knowledge and capability to effectively communicate scientific concepts.
• Outstanding presentation and communication skills.
• Expertise in strategic account management and territory planning.
• Highly organized with excellent prioritization and time-management abilities.
• Self-driven and entrepreneurial mindset with the capacity to work independently.
• Comfortable engaging customers through both remote and in-person interactions.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM or similar platforms is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
