This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Engage in proactive prospecting through Cold Calls, Cold Emails, and WhatsApp (professional), adhering to established cadences.
• Assess leads based on criteria such as potential, readiness, and need for solutions.
• Facilitate meetings and deliver commercial presentations in a consultative approach.
• Ensure the CRM is maintained accurately with updates on activities, pipeline status, and progress.
• Oversee a portfolio of opportunities, guaranteeing progress in the sales funnel and predictability.
• Work towards achieving targets related to leads, conversion rates, contracts, and revenue generation.
• Partner with Marketing and SDR teams to enhance lead quality.
• Continuously refine approach, pitch, and methods for handling objections.
• Completed Bachelor's degree.
• Prior experience in B2B sales.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.
• Understanding of key metrics including stage conversion rates, workable rate, hit rate, and sales cycle.
• Capability to deliver virtual presentations clearly and effectively.
• Strong professional writing skills for client communications.
