Sales Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Drive revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and securing new client accounts for professional services.

• Oversee the entire sales cycle from outbound prospecting to closing new accounts.

• Conduct product demonstrations and engage in sales calls.

• Utilize promotional offers and discount codes to address objections and finalize deals.

• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline within the CRM system.

• Achieve or surpass daily, weekly, and monthly goals for new subscriptions.

• Clearly communicate the value proposition and advantages of the SaaS product.

• Collaborate asynchronously with marketing and leadership teams.

• Provide insights on lead quality and the effectiveness of campaigns.

• Independently organize the workday and prioritize sales-related activities.

• Facilitate post-sale user activation to fulfill performance-bonus criteria.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales closing position, specifically in selling SaaS subscriptions or digital products.

• A proven history of meeting and exceeding sales targets while serving SMBs or individual clients.

• Experience with outbound prospecting strategies and managing a sales pipeline.

• Comfort in a performance-driven, commission-heavy compensation framework.

• Proficiency with CRM software for managing pipelines and tracking activities.

• Ability to effectively manage time and achieve numerical targets in a remote environment.

• Exceptional verbal communication skills for engaging prospects and closing sales.

• Experience with short sales cycles, ideally under 30 days.

• Familiarity with affiliate or referral-style incentive programs.

• Previous success in a fast-paced sales environment.

• Prior experience in a fully remote, contract sales role.
