This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Identify, research, and map high-potential companies and key decision-makers throughout the EMEA region by utilizing Cognism, LinkedIn, news feeds, online databases, and AI-driven prospecting tools to create high-quality target lists.
• Proactively reach out to prospects through cold calling, customized email campaigns, and social selling to establish a strong pipeline from the ground up.
• Engage with C-level executives and key stakeholders, fostering robust relationships by gaining a deep understanding of their business models, international hiring requirements, and operational challenges.
• Educate prospects on the strategic advantages and financial benefits of our global hiring solution, customizing the presentation to address their specific pain points.
• Prepare and follow up on commercial proposals, navigate complex objections, and advance the sales process to close deals in alignment with quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate data and detailed interaction logs in Salesforce, while employing revenue intelligence platforms like Gong and Clari to enhance your sales cycle and forecasting.
• Stay well-informed of industry developments, regulatory changes in global employment, and maintain a sharp, entrepreneurial mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree, ideally in business, finance, or international relations.
• 2–4 years of experience in a dedicated outbound/hunting sales position, with a proven history of meeting quotas and successfully selling to C-Level executives.
• Proven expertise in modern outbound sales strategies, including multi-channel sequence development, advanced cold calling, and effective social selling techniques.
• Experience in global operations, international HR/payroll, or a B2B SaaS product with a financial emphasis is highly advantageous.
• Formal training in established outbound sales methodologies.
• International work or travel experience, or a background in a fast-paced startup environment, is a significant benefit.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with professional proficiency in English (additional EMEA languages are beneficial).
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Clari, Gong, and Cognism is preferred. Experience utilizing AI tools for lead generation, message personalization, or workflow automation is highly esteemed.
