This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
• Evaluate pending orders and specific client requests to guarantee outstanding customer service and experience.
• Provide assistance with troubleshooting for customer orders, account statuses, and related issues.
• Serve as a liaison between local customers and global support teams, arranging outbound meetings with clients to address questions and concerns, as well as coordinating product and system demonstrations.
• Oversee sales process operations and manage the legal and functional documentation involved in the sales process.
• Track performance indicators, oversee sales tracking tools, and report on key information.
• Keep abreast of new product and feature releases while proposing enhancements to the sales process.
• Demonstrated work experience as a Sales Support Specialist, Sales Support Associate, or Customer Service Associate.
• Exceptional communication skills in German, Italian, and English.
• Familiarity with legal and functional documentation related to sales processes.
• Practical experience with ERP and CRM systems, and proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially MS Excel.
• Comprehensive understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Strong analytical and multitasking abilities, along with teamwork and motivational skills.
