This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• You will oversee a designated sales territory.
• Promote and market ELITech France products.
• Identify opportunities within the territory and enhance the existing customer base.
• Conduct face-to-face sales of products or product ranges from the catalog in alignment with established objectives.
• Ensure the continuity of recurring revenue within your territory.
• Execute and comply with the organization's strategy and marketing action plan.
• Engage with and nurture relationships with all stakeholders involved in the decision-making process.
• Deliver precise monthly sales forecasts.
• Create and maintain project opportunities and sales forecasts within the ERP system.
• Track competitive activities.
• Apply established working methods and generate the necessary reports.
• A Master’s degree (e.g., Master of Science) is required.
• Demonstrated initial experience in sales is essential.
• Solid understanding of medical analysis laboratories.
• Strong negotiation capabilities.
• Ability to listen, persuade, and align various stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• A valid driver's license (category B) is necessary.
• Minimum English proficiency level of B2.
