This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Acquisition of new customers and support for existing clients in postal code areas 82/86/87
• Offering technical guidance and identifying solutions on-site with customers across a comprehensive product range in mechanical and electrical drive technology (e.g., linear technology, linear motors, servo motors, etc.)
• Autonomous planning, coordination, and execution of field visits to customers
• Approximately 40% regional travel within the territory to customer locations (no overnight stays required)
• Monitoring the market and expanding sales potential within the designated sales territory
• Close collaboration with inside sales for the transfer and processing of quotations
• Participation in trade shows and sales events
• Ideally, a degree in a technical field, additional training as a technician, or a technical vocational qualification with extensive experience — such as electrical engineering, mechatronics, automation technology, or a related area
• Professional background as a Sales Engineer, Applications Engineer, or technical sales representative for complex/technical products, preferably in mechatronic or electrical drive technology
• Proficient in German, both spoken and written
• Self-motivated, independent, and results-driven working style
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for engaging with people
• Willingness to travel, adaptability, and a valid driver's license (Class B)
