This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Assist in regional field enablement initiatives for our In-Store business segment.
• Provide training that enhances performance and maintains consistency throughout the customer journey.
• Serve as a liaison between central strategy and frontline teams.
• Collaborate closely with senior enablement managers and Pre/Post Sales leaders.
• Conduct training on product knowledge, positioning, and processes while establishing feedback mechanisms.
• Oversee new hire orientation, product training, call assessments, and workshops to promote best practices.
• Aim to enhance ramp time, win rates, retention, and expansion performance within the region.
• 1–3+ years of experience in enablement, sales, customer success, or a related go-to-market support role.
• Preferred experience with sales systems such as Salesforce, Gainsight, Gong, Outreach, or similar tools.
• Capability to translate playbooks and processes into engaging and effective learning experiences.
• Background in supporting sales or post-sales teams, ideally in a dynamic environment.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to work autonomously and manage multiple workstreams at once.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, particularly in articulating systems, processes, or technical concepts.
• Ease in collaborating across functions with Sales, Product, Sales Ops, and RevOps teams.
