This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Develop, enhance, and sustain sales processes, best practices, policies, playbooks, and documentation.
• Design and conduct virtual, in-person, and self-paced onboarding and ongoing education sessions tailored to specific sales roles across multiple product domains.
• Create effective assessment strategies and personalized training and coaching programs that can scale, ensuring all sales representatives are proficient in product knowledge, value propositions, messaging, competitive landscapes, and sales processes relevant to their roles.
• Build and maintain a centralized repository of sales enablement materials, including sales decks, case studies, product videos, and other collateral.
• Oversee data, analytics, and evaluation of sales enablement programs, establishing KPIs to measure effectiveness across onboarding, content adoption, and sales performance, while leveraging insights for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, and Business Operations to determine the highest-impact training and content priorities.
• Act as the owner and subject matter expert on sales tools and technologies.
• Reinforce resources and methodologies to ensure the success, efficiency, and effectiveness of our sales organization.
• Remain updated on industry trends and best practices, providing recommendations to address process and knowledge gaps.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• 2-5+ years of experience in sales or sales enablement, or a related field.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to create and deliver clear, engaging, accurate, and concise presentations and training programs.
• A strong passion for supporting, teaching, and enabling individuals' success with tools, methodologies, and training.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and task-driven.
• A genuine enthusiasm for learning a new, complex domain, accompanied by the humility to seek assistance when needed.
• A collaborative team player, willing to assist colleagues who require help, while demonstrating integrity and fostering positive communication, collaboration, and feedback.
• Proven experience in leveraging AI tools and technologies to enhance workflows, improve decision-making, or drive innovation.
• Preferred: Experience achieving or surpassing quotas in fast-paced B2B SaaS sales environments.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, Intercom, Mindtickle, Highspot, and other tools and integrations.
