• Assist in the design, development, and implementation of sales training initiatives, including onboarding support, role-specific training, and ongoing skill enhancement.
• Develop, update, and manage sales enablement materials and documentation throughout the sales lifecycle, encompassing product knowledge, messaging, objection resolution, and competitive insights.
• Regularly evaluate and refresh enablement content to ensure it aligns with current product offerings, sales objectives, and market trends.
• Aid in optimizing sales processes by documenting workflows, best practices, and sales methodologies.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership and Operations to enhance effective CRM usage, ensure data accuracy, and uphold reporting standards.
• Oversee and support sales enablement tools and technologies, fostering adoption and daily effectiveness.
• Maintain and organize a central repository for sales content, ensuring that assets are current, accessible, and user-friendly for sellers.
• Collect ongoing feedback from the sales team to continuously enhance enablement materials, tools, and processes.
• Keep the Sales Playbook updated, working closely with Product Marketing and Sales stakeholders.
• Assist in e-learning initiatives, utilizing tools like Synthesia to create engaging content.
• Monitor and report on sales enablement metrics and KPIs, aiding in the analysis of program effectiveness and seller performance.
• Extract and analyze CRM and sales performance reports related to activity, pipeline, and conversion trends.
• Facilitate effective communication and alignment among Sales, Marketing, and Product teams regarding launches, updates, and initiatives.
• Support regular sales meetings, training sessions, and workshops to promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 2+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or a comparable role within a B2B or enterprise sales context.
• Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and CRM platforms, with the capability to ensure consistent execution.
• Excellent analytical skills, enabling interpretation of sales data, reports, and performance metrics to guide enablement efforts.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and succinctly.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with sales enablement tools, learning management systems (LMS), and content management systems (CMS).
• Proficient in navigating Salesforce, with experience in creating reports and dashboards.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, complemented by a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
• Capacity to swiftly adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic sales environment.
• Previous client-facing or sales-facing experience with an understanding of real-world sales challenges and buyer interactions.
