This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee cross-functional projects that encompass sales operations, marketing support, training for sales teams, solution architecture, customer-facing initiatives, and proposal efforts.
• Develop and sustain project plans, timelines, task trackers, meeting minutes, decision logs, and status reports.
• Manage priorities, deadlines, dependencies, and transitions across internal teams.
• Enhance sales operations by improving processes, documentation, reporting, and execution workflows.
• Collaborate with solution architects to monitor customer requirements, technical inputs, demo preparations, implementation needs, and follow-up actions.
• Assist with contracts and proposals by coordinating inputs, timelines, reviews, approvals, and readiness for submission.
• Aid marketing and go-to-market teams in organizing campaigns, events, content workflows, and launch-related activities.
• Identify process inefficiencies and create streamlined systems that enhance visibility, accountability, and execution.
• Prepare concise written updates for internal stakeholders, including leadership.
• Facilitate productive meetings, capture decisions, document action items, and ensure follow-up until completion.
• Ensure that teams consistently utilize shared tools and processes.
• 2-4 years of experience in program management, project management, operations, sales operations, customer operations, technical delivery, or a related cross-functional role.
• Proven experience in managing multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to introduce structure in ambiguous or rapidly changing environments and drive execution across teams.
• Comfort with technical teams, customer-facing teams, and business stakeholders.
• Experience in supporting workflows related to proposals, contracts, sales, marketing, and/or customer delivery.
• Capacity to ask relevant clarifying questions, quickly adopt new tools and skills, and work independently.
• Strong judgment regarding when to escalate issues, clarify ownership, or simplify processes.
• Proficiency with common project and collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Pryzm, or similar platforms.
