This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Implement the enablement strategy for the global Business Development team.
• Oversee role-specific onboarding programs, which include curriculum design, facilitation, and ongoing enhancements.
• Develop and deliver training sessions that emphasize cold calling, objection handling, account research, qualification, value positioning, and meeting conversion.
• Collaborate with Business Development leaders to pinpoint performance gaps and formulate targeted enablement programs.
• Utilize Attention to identify coaching opportunities, reinforce best practices, and enhance behavior adoption.
• Create and manage learning paths, playbooks, certifications, and enablement content using Highspot and other enablement systems.
• Assist with change management efforts related to product launches, process updates, messaging adjustments, and new business initiatives.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of enablement initiatives through performance data, feedback, and business results.
• Contribute to continuous sales communications, training calendars, and enablement programs.
• Work cross-functionally with Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Product Marketing, and GTM Leadership to support vital business initiatives and enhance seller effectiveness.
• Preferred Bachelor's degree.
• Over 5 years of combined experience in Sales Enablement and quota-carrying sales roles, including direct involvement with high-performing BDR, SDR, or outbound prospecting teams.
• Proven experience in developing onboarding and continuous development programs for prospecting teams.
• Experience in facilitating both virtual and in-person training sessions for sales teams.
• Familiarity with sales enablement and productivity technologies (e.g., Highspot, Attention).
• Strong skills in project management, organization, and stakeholder management.
• Experience in a high-growth startup environment is preferred.
• Capability to analyze performance data and convert insights into scalable enablement programs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Enthusiasm for developing individuals, enhancing performance, and achieving measurable business results.
