Sales Enablement Analyst – Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Croatia.

📋 Description

• You create innovative and comprehensive solution concepts that seamlessly integrate customer experience, transformation, and AI technologies.

• You assess customer needs and processes to pinpoint optimization possibilities and convert them into persuasive proposals and tender documents.

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, you design progressive service and transformation models that are specifically tailored to the unique needs of each customer.

• You manage collaboration with business units, partners, and cross-functional teams to unify all components into a cohesive overall solution.

• You communicate complex concepts through well-structured and visually appealing presentations.

• You maintain vigilant awareness of current market and technology trends while proactively offering new ideas.

• Additionally, you are responsible for the methodological advancement of our solution design strategies and actively participate in the ongoing enhancement of our delivery models and best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed degree in business administration, business informatics, or a related field is preferred, but not essential.

• Several years of relevant professional experience in Customer Care & Experience, Customer Service, (strategy) consulting, or Solution Design.

• A proven track record in designing and implementing multidisciplinary and/or cross-country solutions.

• Strong understanding of digital business models, modern CX technologies, automation, and AI applications.

• Experience in crafting complex solutions and preparing proposals and tender documentation, ideally supported by experience in coordinating cross-functional teams.

• A confident presence, strong analytical abilities, and strategic thinking skills.

• Excellent proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, alongside the capability to structure and visually present intricate concepts.

• A high level of self-motivation, a solution-oriented mindset, and a passion for digital transformation, innovative customer experiences, and the latest technology trends.

• Proficient in both German and English, with strong written and spoken skills.
