📋 Description

• Assist in reaching retail sales goals within your designated stores.

• Maximize sales potential by providing outstanding customer service and tailored product suggestions.

• Foster strong relationships with store teams to promote enthusiasm and support for the Pixi brand.

• Aid in new product launches, promotions, and in-store events to enhance customer engagement and drive sales.

• Ensure Pixi displays are well-stocked, tidy, visually appealing, and adhere to brand standards.

• Provide feedback from stores and customers to help identify sales opportunities.

• Deliver engaging product knowledge through skincare and makeup training for Beauty Advisors and retail teams.

• Instill confidence in recommending Pixi products through straightforward, effective coaching and demonstrations.

• Assist teams with skincare consultations, shade matching, and routine development.

• Promote positive selling behaviors through regular in-store support and product education.

• Conduct customer masterclasses and events that introduce customers to the Pixi range and inspire purchases.

• Represent Pixi with enthusiasm, professionalism, and positivity at all times.

• Share your passion for skincare and beauty with customers and retail teams.

• Stay informed about new product launches and beauty trends.

• Ensure every customer interaction embodies Pixi's friendly, approachable, and expert brand values.

• Previous experience in beauty, skincare, or cosmetics retail.

• A sincere passion for skincare, makeup, and assisting customers in feeling their best.

• A track record of meeting personal sales targets.

• Confidence in delivering product demonstrations and consultations.

• Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.

• A positive, proactive mindset and a readiness to travel throughout the Liverpool area.

• Flexibility to work in both field and boutique settings, as well as on weekends and during peak retail periods.
