This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile.
• Provide a professional and smooth intake experience that adheres to brand standards.
• Facilitate a seamless transition from intake to the legal team.
• Organize consultations between potential clients and attorneys.
• Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects to turn consultations into retained clients.
• Evaluate and qualify leads according to established criteria and urgency.
• Engage in initial intake discussions with a sales-focused approach.
• Respond to inbound calls, emails, and digital inquiries from potential clients.
• Compose and dispatch intake and follow-up email communications.
• Monitor communication history, lead status, and conversion phases.
• Keep accurate and current lead and client records in HubSpot CRM.
• Oversee calendars and coordinate availability for intake calls and consultations.
• Full-time, remote position.
• Work schedule must align with Eastern Standard Time (EST).
• Proficiency in English is required; bilingual skills are preferred.
• Experience in sales-driven legal intake or client-facing roles is necessary.
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume inbound and outbound communication environment.
