Legal Professional

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Analyze complex contractual agreements with clients while weighing commercial and legal risks.

• Tailor and customize contractual clauses according to specific client requirements and industry-specific regulations.

• Collaborate on projects related to labor, IT, and corporate law, as well as the implementation of regulatory mandates.

• Develop, revise, and ensure the quality of standardized contract templates.

• Assist with internationalization and related inquiries regarding labor law and foreign organizational structures.

• Take on specialized tasks in the areas of supplier compliance and corporate governance.

• Manage lease contracts, including drafting and reviewing agreements.

• Analyze, manage, and enhance organizational and administrative processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Successfully completed studies in law or a comparable qualification.

• Strong implementation skills along with a structured and thorough work style.

• Pragmatism, initiative, and strong communication skills in interactions with colleagues, service providers, and clients.

• Initial professional experience in a legal environment, such as internships in law firms, legal departments, or similar areas.

• Enthusiasm for working in an interdisciplinary team.

• Excellent proficiency in both German and English.
