• This position is located in Brazil and adheres to the Brazilian employment laws and local labor regulations.

• Remote work is limited to the Brazilian territory unless formally authorized by the company.

⛳️ Requirements

• Technical skills:

• A law degree with active registration in the Ordem dos Advogados do Brasil (OAB).

• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).

• Previous experience in corporate legal departments or law firms, ideally supporting international or cross-border business operations.

• In-depth knowledge of contracts, compliance, Brazilian labor law, corporate governance, and cross-border corporate/legal support.

• Experience assisting internal stakeholders with corporate legal issues.

• Familiarity with legal technology tools and document management systems.

• Experience coordinating with external legal counsel and vendors.

• Experience in multinational or global business environments.
